How to Calculate the Total Volume of your Workout!
For example' if you have done the following workout of chest :-
Incline Bench Press
50 KG for 8 Reps
60 KG for 5 Reps
80 KG for 2 Reps
Then your total volume will be
50 × 8 + 60 × 5 + 80 × 2 = 860
Similarly, you can add volume of other exercises you perform in your routine as well.
